Our meals are home made and served family style. Our diabetics are provided a diabetic friendly meal.
Our presentation and food quality is a top priority here at Hartland. We hope each and every resident
truly enjoys their meals. Quality meats and fresh vegetables when in season are prepared daily.
Breakfast 5:30 am - 9 am Daily (Made to Order)
Fresh cooked (Farm Fresh) eggs w/bacon or sausage & toast to order
Ice cold milk, orange juice or cranberry juice
Fresh fruits during summer seasons, bananas & oranges
Several cereals or oatmeal for our residents
Lunch 12 pm / Noon
We have a ribeye steak that you can cut with a fork.

We are very blessed by some greatly talented staff that prepare our meals... Enjoy!
Dinner 5 pm
This is our lightest meal of the day
Once a month we prepare breakfast for dinner - Biscuits & sausage gravy, scrambled eggs and a fruit
Sometimes we prepare omelets (made to order) with a fresh hash browns and a fruit
Summer menu may consist of a light sandwich with sides
Winter menu my consist of more soups with sides
We strive for Well balanced - Freshness - Homemade - Low Salt - Low Sugar - Quality meats
Fresh veggies & fruits during those seasons
We have on site - Peach Trees, Apple Trees, Pear Trees
A raised strawberry bed & a 4500 sq. ft. garden
We periodically do a carry-in from a local restaurant of residents majority choice
We also support local events (i.e. Saline Co. BBQ) which our residents enjoy
Did we mention "HOMEMADE" - We do "HOMEMADE" here!
