Hartland suites sizes are: 144 sq. ft. up to 500 sq. ft.

Suites do have private restrooms (w/ADA compliant toilets) w/hand washing lavatories. Touchless soap and paper towels dispensers are offered.
Centrally located is our main handicap accessible shower with plenty of grab bars and a large shower chair for safety and comfort for our residents needs. Two suites have private showers. Four suites have adjoining showers.
Night lights and a call button are in each suite & each restroom. (All residents have two wireless call buttons)
We can furnish your suite with a bed, night stand, lamps, dresser with mirror and wing back chair, or the resident can furnish their own to their liking. We provide a floor or night stand reading lamp if you do not bring your own. If you have a favorite recliner, bed, lamp or something dear to your heart, we encourage you to bring it along for your stay. Our home is your home.
Our floors are wood base - Not concrete. (If a fall occurs, the wood base will help absorb the fall, verses the concrete will not.)
Each suite has a central monitored smoke detector in accordance with Missouri State Regulations.
One suite has a hearing impaired light for our emergency alarm system.
Dish Network is offered in each suite at NO additional charge. One wireless remote operates this system and will program to the TV. Again if you have a favorite TV, bring it along for your stay. Dish Network Offers several HD Channels. Enjoy old westerns, gospel, religious, Hallmark, Major League Baseball, Golf, game shows, Fox News, Local Kansas City Stations and so much more.
Each resident has a private closet in the suite to hang clothes and keep personal items.
